Return Policy

I. EXCHANGE POLICY
 
1. Place of application

- CAVA's exchange policy is applied to customers shopping at CAVA store and website cava.com.vn

- Customers buying online can exchange products directly at Cava's stores nationwide or by post.

- Customers who buy goods at the store, please exchange the product directly at the store you bought it originally.

2. Conditions of exchange

Customers can exchange products only once within 10 days from the date of receipt when the product meets the following conditions:

a) Product has not been used, not dirty.

b) The product is full price or has a discount of less than 20%.

c) Products are not wine glasses of all kinds, openers, other accessories or gifts in promotions.

3. Regulations when exchanging goods

a) Products can only be exchanged once within 10 days from the date of receipt.

b) The new product selected for exchange must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product. In case the product selected for exchange has a lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not be refunded the change.

c) When exchanging products, the used coupon value (paper coupon & E-code via SMS) will not be included in the exchanged product value.

d) In case the product to be exchanged is ordered during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period to receive the preferential price.

e) Discounted products of 20% or more, products of the same price, accessories, gifts in the promotion program do not apply the exchange policy according to customer's demand, unless the product is defective due to the manufacturer's fault. manufacture. Therefore, when receiving the goods, please check the product carefully before paying.

4. Exchange process

If you want to change your product online, you can do it in one of two ways:

Method 1: Exchange directly at the store:

Please bring the product with the bill of lading and warranty message to one of the Cava stores for assistance in exchanging the product.

Method 2: Change by post:

For customers in areas where one of the Cava stores is not available or the product you want to exchange is no longer available at the store, please send the product, accompanying accessories, promotional gift (if any), together with the bill of lading and VAT invoice (if any) to one of the following two addresses: 192 Dong Da, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City

After receiving the product, Cava will conduct product inspection according to product exchange regulations (this process takes about 2-3 days). Cava will notify customers of the results by phone and text message after the test is completed.

II. REFUND POLICY
 
1. Place of application

a) Return policy at Vascara only applies to orders placed at website cava.com.vn, Facebook Cava and at the store.

b) Customers please return the goods directly at the Cava store. Does not apply to online payment by post.

2. Conditions of return

a) Orders purchased online at website cava.com.vn and Facebook Cava within 10 days from the date of order.

b) The order does not use Giftcard/Voucher at checkout.

c) Orders without promotional gifts (including gifts in kind and coupons sent via SMS).

d) The product has not been used, is not dirty, has its original labels and tags intact.

e) Cava's return policy is applied to all products (full price products, sale products of 20% or more, accessories) of Cava except gift products under promotions. .

f) Only accept returns directly at CAVA stores.

3. Regulations when returning goods

a) Returned products must be unused, undamaged products.

b) Products are purchased online at website cava.com.vn and Facebook CAVA.

c) The return period is 10 days from the date of order.

d) Customers please return the goods after 2 days from the time of receiving the goods.

e) Orders using Giftcard/Voucher at payment will not be eligible for return policy.

f) Orders with gift promotions (including in-kind gifts and coupons received via SMS) will not be eligible for return policy.

g) For an order with a promotion in value (% off the total bill or directly on the order), the refunded amount will be the value after deducting the discount.

h) Orders using coupons at checkout will not be refunded coupons after delivery.

i) One order can only be returned once. For orders with 2 or more products, customers can return all products in the order at once or only pay for 1 product in that order. In case the customer has paid for 1 product before, the remaining products will not be returned.

k) Discounted products of 20% or more, products of the same price, still have the same return policy as full-priced products.

4. Return process

Currently CAVA only applies the form of direct delivery at the store. Not applicable for online payment.

Customers who wish to return the goods, please bring the product and the online purchase receipt to one of the CAVA stores on the list for prompt return and refund support.
