Delivery and Payment

1. Subjects of application:
Cava's delivery policy only applies to customers who order Cava products at Online Store (including on Website cava.com.vn, Liveshat, Faceebok, Messenger) and Hotline 0979 920 920
 
2. Shipping Fee & Delivery Time:

In Danang City

Standard delivery service::

✔ Delivery time (from the time the order is confirmed): from 120 minutes to 12 hours for orders delivered from Da Nang warehouse

Transport fee:

✔ For orders delivered from Da Nang warehouse: free

 

In Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi City

Standard Delivery Service (GHTK):

✔ Delivery time (from the time the order is confirmed): from 3 hours to 3 days for orders delivered from TP warehouse. Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi

Transport fee:

✔ Depending on the delivery conditions, we will specifically notify the customer before making the delivery, we give priority to free shipping, or partially support the customer.

 

In other provinces

Standard delivery service:

✔ Delivery time (from the time the order is confirmed): from 1 day 3 days.

Transport fee:

✔ Shipping fee for provinces outside Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi will be changed depending on the shipping unit, order weight, delivery location and warehouse area. Detailed delivery charges will be displayed when placing an order.

3. Notes when receiving goods:

a) Please check the product on the spot before paying (if any) to the delivery staff. (Note: You are tested but not allowed to try the product)

b) The customer is responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, wrong size, wrong color, sign to confirm the condition of goods to the delivery staff and immediately notify the Ministry of Transport. Customer Care Department of CAVA via Hotline 0979 920 920 or Email: cava.ws@gmail.com for immediate handling.

c) CAVA's shipping service will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation from the CAVA warehouse to the customer.

d) When the product is delivered, the product must still be in its original packaging, intact, sealed, with no signs of opening and closing... full documents of CAVA, if abnormal customer can refuse to receive order and immediately contact CAVA's Customer Care Department via Hotline 0979 920 920 or Email: cava.ws@gmail.com for immediate processing.

e) After the customer has signed to receive the goods without making any notes or comments about the goods. CAVA is not responsible for requests to return for damage, scratches, broken, dented, wrong goods ... from customers later.

f) In case of late delivery without notice, the customer can refuse to receive the goods and CAVA will refund the full amount paid by the customer (if any) in 14 working days.

g) CAVA commits that all goods sent to customers according to the order are 100% new and genuine (with all documents, guaranteed genuine according to the company's policy)
