1)Insert the long piece of steel between the cork and the bottle, then the short piece of steel

2)Slowly dip the two pieces into each other as you shake them until you hit the cork at the end of the handle

3)Hold the bottle in one hand and slowly rotate the cork up with the other hand until it is fully pulled out. The older the wine, the slower the cork
