It is produced in the province of Cuneo in a specific area, which includes the villages of Barolo, La Morra and Diano d’Alba

WINE MAKING PROCESSES

It is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15-18 days at a con-trolled temperature, between 25°C and 29°C. It is then aged in 5500 litres Slavonian oak barrels for 60 months. Serving temperature 18-20°C. Uncork the bottle at least an hour before drinking
