WINERY HISTORY

The key figure is the winemaker Stella Grasso: born in 1988, Piedmontese “DOCG”. She is considered an “enfant prodige” in Piedmont as she was one of the first believers of the Appassimento technique applied to Barbera grapes. Her wines are unconventional, modern, perfect for classy global consumers.

WINE MAKING PROCESSES 

Barolo, one of the Piedmontese greats, gets its great structure from 38 months of aging, 2 years of which are in 225L french barrel.
